The Ladies of Zeta Tau Alpha had their Formal at Cafe’ Cabernet on Friday, April 24.  We created a cake based on their sorority’s emblems.  The violets are hand made and luster dusted according to the colors the ladies requested.  We also created the cutest chocolate strawberries, however, unfortunately didn’t get a picture.
