Mother’s Day

Today Gia and I were reminded to: - Laugh and sweat every day - Learn from our children - as they are our best teachers - Live from our hearts (not just our minds) We started the day in Los Angeles for Gurmukh’s family Kundalini class at the Golden Bridge Yoga and Wellness Center (coordinates: Sunset and Vine).
