Wedding Coordinators/Carnival Destiny/Ocho Rios - questions and help!

Hello everyone, My fiance and I are getting ready to start the arrangements for our cruise wedding. We’re looking at the Carnival Destiny, February 2009, shoreside wedding at Ocho Rios. I’m confused with all of the options for travel/wedding coordinators. Carnival’s wedding coordinators, The Wedding Experience, Cruising Weddings, etc… Can someone help me figure out what the difference is between all of these services and maybe what the best option is to use?
