Organized Retail Crime: Hurting consumers, retailers, wholesalers and online auctions

Organized Retail Crime (ORC) truly is hurting consumers, retailers, wholesalers, online auctions, manufacturers and the market in general. The biggest risk posed by ORC is to the consumer. The National Retail Federation warned consumers yesterday about buying common household items on auction sites, saying organized crime rings are behind much of the merchandise sold there.
